Alveox Services is specialised in providing top of the range Call Centers over IP (IP PBX), and proposes four subscription packs for Small/Medium sized offices, answering specifically to the needs of these companies.

You do not require any preexisting knowledge of Voice over IP, our experts handle all the installation.

All our packs include:

• provision of the rented equipment
• base installations and configurations of the equipment
• technical support and maintenance for the duration of your subscription
• outgoing free call towards land lines (France + 40 countries)
• training of one of your employees on basic administration of the products (between ½ and 1 day)

Once your employee is trained, he is in charge of modifying your configuration should your needs evolve, our technical support being at your disposal by phone to guide him.

Equipments are preconfigured in our premises, before being deployed in your office, to give you access to the following functionalities:

• Standart answering machine:

  • "enter your recipient's extension"
  • "reach the reception desk"
• Calls logging
• Free and unlimited internal communications between your employees

Calls to mobiles, special numbers or other countries are billed separately. If you wish, you may also subscribe in advance for special rates to French mobiles (may be purchased on a per hour basis): 8€ ex. VAT / hour.

All telephones provided include essential business functionnalities such as: loud speaker, caller identification, on-wait button, conference, ...

The IP PBX on which Alveox Services packs are based is the: Linksys SPA 9000.
The PSTN gateway and voicemail device on which Alveox Services packs are based is the: Linksys SPA 400.
